Savings Scheme

 This is a jewellery BOOKING scheme. NO REFUND of money is allowed under any circumstances under the scheme.

 The scheme is unique and will not be linked to any other existing or future schemes/ offers and is not transferable under any circumstance.

 The money paid as advance under this scheme shall not bear any interest.

 Minimum booking amount is Rs.10,000/-. There is no CEILING for the maximum amount and a copy of PAN is to be furnished for amount exceeding Rs.2,00,000/- and TDS will be applicable

 In this scheme/plan, MINOR CANNOT BECOME AN APPLICANT/MEMBER.

 At the time of joining the scheme, the member may appoint a NOMINEE by furnishing KYC of both self and nominee.

 Payments can be made through Credit / Debit Card, Online Payment and in respect of local cheques it shall be drawn in favour of “SG Gold Palace”. In case of dishonor of cheques, actual bank charges (Rs.200 to Rs.500 as the case maybe) shall be borne by the member. Member should ensure to collect receipt voucher/ original membership bond while making payment directly at the respective branch.

 Members will get credit in rupees or gold units in grams credited according to the payment made as per gold rate prevailing on the date of payment in the respective showroom where enrolled.

 The time period for redemption/purchase shall not exceed 365 days from the commencement date of the scheme.

 Members have the option to redeem the scheme for gold coins also.

 In case of balance money if any, left out in the scheme account after adjusting the purchase price, various items shall be made available such as gold coins, silver coins, gift items and likewise for the members to purchase. Balance money will not be refunded.

 Applicable Stone Charges will be collected from the members for ornaments with ruby, emerald, zircon, diamond, special stones, etc. Very few, special items such as oddiyanam, nagaz, kumkumchimizh, thirumangalyam, etc shall attract extra charges.

 The original membership bond has to be surrendered at the time of redemption. The person who has signed the original membership bond should sign on the invoice at the time of purchase/ redemption.

 In case the member does not redeem the jewellery within 365 days from the enrolment date, sale invoice will be raised in the name of the member towards sale of jewellery, applicable GST on sale value will be paid to the Government and the ornaments weight due to the member will be held as “stock in custody” by the company till the member takes delivery of the ornament. The members will be communicated/informed by the company in this regard.

 In case of change in address, loss of membership bond, the Company should be kept informed without any loss of time.

 The applicable GST has to be fully borne by the member. In case of increase in taxes or introduction of new levies/taxes, the same shall also be fully borne by the member.

 The company reserves the right to alter, amend, add or delete part or whole of the privileges of the scheme without prior notice or suspend the scheme at any time. In such an event, money will not be refunded and the member shall purchase any item at the showroom equal to the value of money/ weight in grams.

 Members can redeem only at the showroom where they have enrolled. REDEMPTION IS RESTRICTED TO RESPECTIVE STATE AND SHOWROOM ONLY.

 These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Tamil Nadu, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state and Central courts located in the County, Tamil Nadu and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.

  Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, SG Gold Palace reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site, and to block or prevent future your access to and use of the Site.

  In accordance with The Indian Copyright Act (ICA) and other applicable law, SG Gold Palace has adopted a policy of terminating and barring, in appropriate circumstances and at SG Gold Palace's sole discretion, site users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. SG Gold Palace may also at its sole discretion limit access to this site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
